DELIVERY INFORMATION

We currently offer delivery to the following locations:

• Australia - Free shipping Australia wide.
• Internationally (rolled prints only) - Currently, we ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

To ensure a seamless delivery, please keep in mind the following when placing your order:

• Kindly provide a complete and accurate physical street address (include street name and building number) 
• Someone is available to receive the order at the provided address
• The correct contact information is provided - mobile phone number/email address 
• Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and custom charges. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & FURTHER DETAILS

All canvas and paper prints are made-to-order. We have a partnership with a trusted Australian fine art printing and framing service provider who expertly manages the printing, framing, and shipping of each artwork—ensuring museum-grade quality from studio to doorstep. 

Once you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.

• Allow 10-15 working days for production time.
• Please note that shipping timeframes are dependent on your location.

You will be notified once your order is ready for shipment along with a tracking number linking you to the courier's tracking website. From there, you can monitor your delivery in real time, assured your artwork is safely on its way.

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure you provide the correct contact and delivery details.

PACKAGING

Each print is packaged with precision and protection in mind. Framed prints are carefully wrapped in cellophane wrapping, then secured inside a heavy-duty cardboard box to ensure safe transit.

For unframed prints, we use rigid mailing tubes that preserve the integrity of the artwork — preventing creases, bends, or moisture exposure.

ROLLED PRINTS

To preserve the quality and integrity of your artwork, rolled prints should be handled with care. We strongly recommend that they are opened and unrolled by your professional framer. Improper handling may result in damage to the print.
