Received an Item that isn't Right?

We take great pride in the quality and care behind every piece we design, create, ship & deliver. Your satisfaction is our priority, however although rare, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or we have sent you the wrong item, we’re committed to ensuring the issue is addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can promptly assist you. To ensure a smooth resolution, we request you send an email to info@dtartstudio.com.au with the following details:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item (incl photos of damage) and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
  

Once your return is verified and approved, we’ll email you with next steps and happily arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution tailored to your situation. Please note that claims made after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.

Refund/Exchange for Change of Mind 

All artworks are made-to-order especially for you, due to this, we unfortunately do not accept returns/refunds on change of mind nor on incorrectly chosen items. We also cannot accept returns/refunds on sales items or gift cards.

For that extra peace of mind, please look into the samples we offer for purchase.

Approved Refunds

If your refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that your bank and credit card provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refunded amount onto your original account.

In the event that 10 business days have passed and you still haven't received your refunded amount, please feel free to reach out to us - we are always more than happy to assist.
